< Multi Checkbox >

  This is an example of a multi checkbox (or call it what you want).
It works like the 'Category' field in MS-Outlook.

It was written with CTD 1.5 PTF2. For those who are not able to
load it with an older version of CTD like 1.1.X or higher please open both
files with Notepad or Wordpad and increase the number in the section
'Outline Version' from 4.0.27 to 4.0.26. Save it and reopen it with your
CTD. Ignore the message that will come up after start and save it.

Before you start the programm you will have to create the database <MCB>
and load the script-file <MCB.SQL>.
